Its location allows easy access to both the city and the airport via ORR, ensuring convenience for international and domestic delegates alike, it’s an hour drive from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. We have made prior arrangement with resort, so participants are advised to book their accommodation during the registration.

For domestic travelers, Hyderabad’s central location within India ensures seamless access from all parts of the country, whether by air, rail, or road. This strategic positioning also makes it a perfect gateway for attendees looking to explore India—be it the deserts of Rajasthan to the northwest, the beaches of Goa and Kerala to the southwest, the Himalayan foothills to the north, or the cultural heartlands of Tamil Nadu and West Bengal to the south and east.

All international delegates traveling to India require a valid visa. India offers a convenient e-Visa facility for citizens of most countries, which can be applied for online. For ICPP 2026, registered participants must apply under the Conference Visa category.

Important: While filling out the online application form, under "Visiting India For", select the option
"Business Visa (e-B5 V)- FOR ATTENDING AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE /SEMINAR/WORKSHOP"

Delegates on a Conference Visa may also undertake personal travel and sightseeing within India, subject to the validity and conditions of their visa.

Instructions for Applying for an e-Conference Visa

• After receiving the necessary documents from us, apply for the e-Conference Visa on the specified website: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html

• Follow these steps for the e-Visa application process:
  
  Step 1: Apply online - Upload Photo and Passport Page. Sample Form for Indian eVisa
  
  Step 2: Pay eVisa fee online - Using Credit / Debit card / Payment Wallet.
  
  Step 3: Receive ETA online - Electronic Travel Authorization/ETA will be sent to your e-mail.
  
  Step 4: Fly to India - Print ETA and present at Immigration Check Post where eVisa will be stamped on passport.

  - MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) clearance

3-step Regular Conference Visa application process (For those who are not eligible for eVisa):

Step 1: Apply online

Step 2: Submit documents
Submit your application with required documents at Indian Visa Application Center or at nearest Indian Mission.

Step 3: Receive passport/visa
Collect your passport/visa from Indian Mission/Visa Application Center or by post.

Note: Minimum 5 days, participants will receive their Conference Visa. The Conference Visa is mandatory for attending the conference. Additionally, carry the invitation letter for immigration purposes, as it might be requested during entry. Please follow these procedures carefully.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons must apply under the Tourist Visa category, in accordance with Indian immigration regulations.
